Dear customer, This information is intended to inform you how Doc Srl processes your data.

Information on the Data Controller.
The Data Controller is Doc Srl, with registered office in Via Talvera 2, 39100 Bolzano (BZ). To exercise the rights provided by the legislation, you can contact the Data Controller at his/her office or by writing to info@doc.bz.it.

Purpose and legal basis of the processing.
Your common personal data (name, surname, address, tax code, IBAN etc.) are processed to execute the commercial relationship in place between the parties, in detail for the supply of dedicated products and services advertising communication. The legal basis of the processing is the fulfillment of contractual and regulatory obligations, as well as the execution of pre-contractual measures adopted at your request.

Communication of data (Recipients).
In order to execute the relationship between the parties, we may communicate your data to (a) subjects identified as legal or tax consultants, IT service providers, certification bodies that have received a formal assignment from us and have been appointed as "Data Processors". A list of Data Processors is available at our headquarters (b) subjects identified as transport companies, banking and financial institutions, Public Authorities and Administrations. The legal basis of the communication is the fulfillment of contractual and regulatory obligations, as well as the execution of pre-contractual measures adopted at your request. Transfer of data to third countries or international organizations.
The data you communicate will not be transferred by us to third countries or international organizations outside the EU.

Marketing.
The data you communicate may be used by us for marketing purposes, including, but not limited to, the sending of advertising material (newsletters, flyers, dedicated emails, etc.) and information, the carrying out of commercial surveys, etc. relating to our products and/or services only following your specific and optional consent, which constitutes the legal basis of the processing. Failure to consent will not have any consequences on the execution of the main service.

Processing methods, automated decision-making processes and data retention times.
Your data may be processed both on paper and electronic media, in compliance with the technical and organizational security measures provided for by the EU Regulation on the protection of personal data (GDPR 2016/679). The information concerning you will be retained for the entire duration of the relationship in place between the parties and in any case for the time required by civil, accounting and tax legislation which may determine further retention times.

Rights of the interested party and complaint to the Privacy Guarantor.
You have the right to ask us at any time for access to the data concerning you, their modification, integration or cancellation, the limitation or opposition to their processing, where there are legitimate reasons, as well as the portability of the aforementioned data to another Data Controller. You can also lodge a complaint with the National Supervisory Authority, where you believe that your data has been processed unlawfully.

This Privacy Policy is provided in compliance with Article 13 of GDPR 2016/679 (General Data Protection Regulation, European Regulation on the protection of personal data), Recommendation no. 2/2001 of the Working Group pursuant to Article 29 and the General Provision of the Privacy Guarantor on cookies of 8 May 2014, no. 229.

The following applies only to the site doc.bz.it; the Data Controller is not responsible for the data entered and cookies installed by other sites that may be consulted via links.

Purpose of processing and mandatory provision

Doc Srl processes the data that the user spontaneously enters through the forms on the site (Contacts) solely to respond to your request. Any additional purposes (for example and not limited to marketing purposes or communication of your data to companies with which we have a partnership for their own marketing purposes) will be the subject of an explicit and motivated request and of your specific, optional and separate consent with respect to that required to respond to your questions.

You may also lodge a complaint with the national supervisory authority, where you believe that your data has been processed unlawfully.
